Put yourself first with the #MeFirst Challenge!

Take the first step to a more balanced and productive life when you sign up for the #MeFirst challenge this August. 


How do you take part? It's as easy as 1,2,3.


Step 1: Click on the email you receive with your daily tip


Step 2: First thing the next morning, try the #MeFirst tip yourself. If you want to do a few back-to-back, please feel free...the longer your nurture yourself, the better the benefits!


Each tip will take you 1-5 minutes to complete but the choice is yours if you wish to mix it up throughout the month. The key is to do at least ONE of our suggestions first thing every day. 


Step 3: Post a pic on Instagram using the hashtags #BizGals AND #MeFirst or post directly onto our Facebook page. The most creative entry will receive a prize pack worth over $100 and you can enter as many times as you like!


We have partnered with yoga instructor, mindfulness and meditation coach and author Emma Corbett (aka Suzie Q), to design these 31 tips with the busy woman in mind and promise that each suggestion is super simple and won't cost you a cent!
