As women, we are programmed to put everyone else's needs ahead of our own. You might not like to think that you do, but deep down, you know that you do.

 

We think it's time that you take control and put yourself first for a change. As they say every time you board a plane, put your oxygen mask on first before helping others.

We understand the demands of life, work, family and friends, but all we are asking is for 1-5 minutes for you. It doesn't matter how busy you are, everyone can spare that time.

 

As an added bonus, by gifting yourself with that time, you actually make yourself more productive!

 

We have partnered with yoga instructor, mindfulness and meditation coach and author Emma Corbett (aka Suzie Q), to design these short daily tips to inspire you to put yourself first as soon as you wake up.
